Coronavirus COVID-19 Update from Circle A Janitorial

What started across the ocean as a new strain of the coronavirus has rapidly become a pandemic affecting all six continents and over 160,000 cases worldwide as of March 16th. Countries, states, and cities are taking precautions ranging from travel bans, sheltering in place, and self-quarantining to social distancing, postponing or cancelling events, and restricting gatherings to less than 50 people, or in some cases less than 10. Schools, churches, conferences, and sporting events are among many of the things that have been canceled. Many universities will return from Spring Break to online classes the rest of the semester. People are being advised to practice “social distancing” and limit their outings to slow the spread of the virus.

At this time, Circle A Janitorial in Lubbock, Texas, will be continuing our operations with extra precautions such as a friendly wave as opposed to a handshake and more emphasis on cleaning high-touch areas such as door knobs, railings, bathrooms, and water fountains. We are also using chemicals that are proven to kill the COVID-19 virus after the EPA expanded its list of disinfectants. These cleaners are considered hospital-grade and are safe to use on surfaces. Circle A Janitorial is utilizing Alpha HP (http://solutionsdesignedforhealthcare.com/solutions/products/disinfectants/alpha-hp), Oxivir Tb (http://solutionsdesignedforhealthcare.com/solutions/products/disinfectants/alpha-hp), Virex II 256 (http://solutionsdesignedforhealthcare.com/solutions/products/disinfectants/alpha-hp), and BruTab 6S (http://solutionsdesignedforhealthcare.com/solutions/products/disinfectants/alpha-hp).
